England’s Duckett Shines as They Chase Down Pakistan’s Total

At the break, England’s Ben Duckett was on 53, with Ollie Pope at five, trailing Pakistan by 278 runs after losing Zak Crawley for 27. Duckett reached his 12th Test half-century off 47 balls, taking advantage of a weakened Pakistan attack featuring only one frontline seamer, Aamer Jamal.

Crawley faced close calls, including a near run-out, before being caught behind off spinner Noman Ali. Earlier, Pakistan’s tail added 107 runs, with Jamal and Noman contributing 49 for the ninth wicket. Brydon Carse took 3-50, while Jack Leach finished with 3-114, as England leads the three-match series 1-0 after their innings victory in the first Test.
